The National Association of Veterinarians Non Governmental Organization was established in Armenia in 2018, by the support of CARD foundation, within the framework “Animal Health Management in Armenia and Georgia Phase 2” project financed by Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and the partnership SDA. It is non commercial organization which unifies persons on the base of interests members with purpose of consolidation of the common interests of specialists who hold private services in the field of veterinary. Founding members: 47.

Activity:

  • Ensuring the professional development of veterinarians, developing and implementing a system of continuous training and certification, strive to enhance animal health, welfare, public health, contributing to the improvement of the educational quality of veterinary medicine.
  • Our mission is to improve the quality of veterinary services by bringing it up to international standards, to prove that veterinarians can do their job well for the benefit of everyone.

 

The National Association of Veterinarians NGO joined The Program Coordination Platform for Sustainable Management of RA’s Natural Fodder Areas: Pastures and Grasslands on August 17, 2018, as a partner organization.
